Overview of Online Kundalini Yoga Course

200 hours yoga

It is one of the first forms that came into being. Kundalini Yoga mainly revolves around energies and auras. Its main aim is to activate the Kundalini shakti. You may notice, an instant surge of power or some kind of emotional upheaval, when your kundalini gets awakened through initiation or yoga. This is a form of yoga that involves chanting, mantra meditation, asanas, and kriyas.

Moreover, Pranayama also has a huge role to play in it. The Kundalini shakti lies at the bas of a human’s spine, at the root chakra. When you waken the dormant energy, you will notice an instant surge in the body’s channels or nadis. Many times, energy is stuck in these channels. When you practice Kundalini Yoga, the energy or Prana starts flowing. That is why, you will notice an instant energization like never before. It is also called the yoga of awareness, in simple terms.

Deepen Your Practice With Our Online Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training

Yoga has only one aim, and that is to redirect life’s energy up the spine. To achieve this goal, different yoga systems have come into existence. Kundalini Yoga is one of them. You can compare the energy of Kundalini with a large river. If you practice Kundalini Yoga in the perfect manner, the energy rises up the nadis or channels, like a river meander through its course. If you force your Kundalini energy through egoistic practices, it can do worse than good. All those who perform Kundalini Yoga should do it from the bottom of the heart. When your Kundalini rises, you may feel a variety of manifestations. The muscles in your body may twitch, or you may also feel cramps and spasms. Apart from that, you may feel an electricity-like energy flowing through your body, upwards. Some even feel intense heat or cold. That is the time, you have to understand, that you are awakened.
